Well, well, well...we all say things we don't mean right? Or maybe people misunderstand....right? In miss Geraldine Ferraro's case I don't think we misconstrued anything. Her statements, in a nutshell, claimed that Barack Obama wouldn't be succeeding in the race for the White House if he weren't black. Word? Obama dismissed the comments as "rediculous" and who wouldnt? You mean to tell me that people are soooo infatuated with the fact that he is black, his qualifications aren't important?!!! If that were the case, I'd run for prez!!! Pardon me for getting political, but F$@k you, Effie!!! The people like the candidates simply because of their qualities and qualifications.
