Newlanta films is on the rise!!!

Now on this one, I must take the time to introduce you to my day job!(lol). I am one of three co-ceos of the film production crew known as Newlanta Films. Myself(Chris Terry , for those who don't know) Justin Poage and Kenneth Bradley are the creative force behind this team along with our producer Kimberly Huggins. The crew was first founded in 2001 at the prestigious Savannah College of Art and Design and we have continued our creative vision of making fresh and entertaining movies. We have experience in all facets of production including writing, directing, cinematography...even catering!!lol...but seriously, we know our stuff. Our latest endeavor is associate producing Marlon cambell's production, Oblivious. We're excited and I shall keep you updated on the film's progress. Action!

Now I've waited on this for a long time....

Everyone that knows me knows that I lloooveee martial arts films. I am the biggest Jackie Chan and Jet Li fan ever, but we never have had the pleasure of seeing them in the same film....until now. This is quite possibly the biggest square off in martial arts cinema history!! You remember all the nerdy debates you've had with your friends on who would win in a battle between the two...now we shall see!!!!

The dollar has slumped to a 12-year low versus the yen!!!Our little greenbacks are reportedly "totally out of market favour now" with international markets. But don't give up yet! Well, I have to admit...I actually hated the cartoon. I thought it was pretty damn retarded, and I refused to waste my good Saturdays and cap'n crunch on that! So now that I've established that I am not a "speed racer purist", why make this post? Good question. Well, I am a fan of movies. And not just any movies...cool movies. The Wachowskis seem to have done it again with this one and i'm pretty excited!! I mean...cool races, fight scenes, and colors, colors, colors galore!!! Whats not to like? Feast you eyes on this and let's hope that it's good!

Well, well, well...we all say things we don't mean right? Or maybe people misunderstand....right? In miss Geraldine Ferraro's case I don't think we misconstrued anything. Her statements, in a nutshell, claimed that Barack Obama wouldn't be succeeding in the race for the White House if he weren't black. Word? Obama dismissed the comments as "rediculous" and who wouldnt? You mean to tell me that people are soooo infatuated with the fact that he is black, his qualifications aren't important?!!! If that were the case, I'd run for prez!!! Pardon me for getting political, but F$@k you, Effie!!! The people like the candidates simply because of their qualities and qualifications.
